Now if only that were true, it would be a fine thing. We already learned once the cost of stamping the words "Mission Accomplished" on something before we've verified that it is indeed accomplished.

It's up to Iraq to make that final decision now, not us. The ball is in their court, we've handed them freedom. It's up to them to keep it.
